Fall Foliage Postcards from Pine Mountain

Late yesterday we drove north through Pinkham Notch to one of our favorite loop hikes. It’s a walk we make two or three times each week. After the slow trickle and grand anticipation of fall colors, it is clear we are now there, at least in the northern reaches of the White Mountains.
